Hey, my name is Taylor,
I am a personal trainer based in Solihull.
I’ve been working in this industry for four years but have loved fitness for as long as I can remember. I am passionate about training and living a healthy lifestyle, while mentoring others to do the same.
My goal is to get as many people to love and enjoy training as much as I do. I want to introduce you to workouts that actually work, help you with your nutrition without taking the love out of what you eat and help you to love yourself by pushing you to your limits. Whether you want to shred for summer, increase your strength, tone up or get some booty gains I’m here to help!
For me training is not just about the physical benefits but more so the mental ones, it has helped me and my current clients overcome anxiety and stress of every day life. While the physical benefits are nice, I want people to love themselves for who they are and train to feel good on the inside as well as the outside.
